Older style rooms that are comfortable, friendly staff and good food. shower a bit low on pressure a on the coolish side but it was not too bad, rooms, towels and breakfast not replaced every day. Probably a half hour walk to Walking Street on Pattaya beach - or can catch a motorbike taxi for about 40 - 50 baht (less than AUS$2)

i stayed here for 3 weeks and loved it i walked into room an wow massive rooms big tv, kitchen, very clean and tidy everything looked like new , outside traffic or bar noise was never a problem you couldnt hear it from room, the food was excellent had so many meals there think i tried the lot euro and thai food , the staff and managment were allways freindly and helpfull day and night a very good place to stay i go to pattaya 3 times a year and now i wont stay anywere else its so great there

I was very pleased with the accomdation here. It was recomended by a friednd who has stayed several times. The rooms where very clean, comfortable and a very good rate with all the necessary amenities - Ensuite, Large TV, Large Bed, Stocked fridge (unforunately not complimentary.. but very reasonble), air con, room safe, microwave and my room even had a full blown sauna in which was avaliable for use at an extra cost. Below the hotel is the lion pub. This is essentially a sports bar showing any sport you may desire. Which has great atmosphere, cold beer and quality food! Sample the Chiefs Pad Thai if you have a chance... "spot on" I would definitely recomend a stay here.
