Stayed at this hotel a few times found always good,room very clean,family hotel always a smile from them,prices very fair and good location for central pattaya and close to a big c,hope to be back soon,couple of nice restaurant around the soi

I had booked with the owners Son over the internet and of course he made the usual Eastern promise. I actually booked six rooms and when I arrived he said the only discount he could do for me as the lead party was to allow me free electric and water for a month. I didn't think it was much but since it was all that was on offer I accepted. Paid a months rent in advance and a 5 thousand Baht deposit. When it came to checking out however, he denied that he had made this promise even though he made it in front of two of my friends. Yep you guessed it.. When I refused to pay the Electric he just kept the deposit... Maybe he will spend it on some pest control for the next tenant... Never again.

Hi I have been a regular guest at the hotel and have stayed there frequently for both short and long stays. Whilst staying there there has been the occasional maintance problems however everything was dealt with promptly and the hotel even has a spare room kept aside for emergencys and problems that can not be fixed. On my last visit I was staying for two months and paid the first months rent as well as motor cycle hire. At the start of the second month I paid the next months rent and three days later my Girl friend went back to her home town for medical treatment. She died just after getting home. I then checked out of the hotel and headed up to her village. The hotel could not have done enough to help. The staff packed for me. The hotel did not charge me for the three days I had stayed and without me even asking they just fully refunded my months room and motor cycle rent. So if you are after a small quiet hotel that is staffed by people who go out of their way to help you this is the place. But I would prefer you did not go there as it will make it difficult for me next time i try to get a booking because it certainly is becoming a popular hidden pattaya gem.
