My guests recently stayed at Mind Resort Pattaya, and unfortunately, their experience was extremely disappointing. Hotel They reported that the rooms were very dirty and poorly maintained. There were cockroaches in the room, especially in the bathroom, which is completely unacceptable. The bathroom also had a constant foul smell, making it very uncomfortable to use. Basic hygiene standards were clearly not maintained. In addition, the staff behavior was rude and unhelpful. Despite raising concerns, the hotel staff did not respond properly and showed no professionalism or hospitality. As a travel planner, this kind of feedback is very concerning. Based on my guests’ experience, I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made in cleanliness and service quality.

We had a wonderful time at Mind Resort Pattaya, and the service was the best we've ever received. From start to finish, the staff made us feel like VIP guests. What made our stay special: Arrival and Check-in: As soon as we arrived, staff helped carry our luggage and escorted us to reception. The check-in process was very quick; we were in our room in less than 5 minutes! Birthday Gift: Since it was my birthday, the resort surprised us with a complimentary cake and an upgrade to a larger suite! It was such a thoughtful gesture that it made this trip even more memorable. Accommodation and facilities: The rooms were very clean, the food was delicious, and the swimming pool was exceptionally well-maintained. Perfect location: Situated in South Pattaya, just a few minutes' walk from famous nightlife venues, making it convenient for going out but quiet enough for a good night's sleep. Highly recommend for anyone looking for great value and excellent service. We will definitely be back!
