If you are o a budget, paying 500 bath per night is a really good thing, isn't it? But do not expect to find a great place where everything is beautiful and new, afterall you're there for its price. But I have to say that the impression is worse than the place really is and offers to be honest. The bed is pretty big, the air conditioner and frigobar were both working well, there's a good TV, the bed sheets were nice and lots of space available. Moreover, the owner was pretty helpful and flexible with me, without even charging the extra day that I had reserved and would not use. Some people might say that the place is dodgy but actually is just old and with some lack of maintanance. The cleanliness, which is the most important thing, was actually good. Overall, the place is quite value. I recomend it if you are not a picky and greasy person.

My first impression of this place was not good, and my girlfriend was less than happy. If it is a tidy place you are looking for go elsewhere. However if what you require is cheap (450baht/night) accommodation and can see past the rough & tired appearance, then this may be the place for you. There are many positives, a good large bed,fresh linen & fluffy towels, 32" LCD TV, Large Fridge, Good hot shower, Good air-con & fan, Quiet given it's location, and Krishna could not have been more helpful, even to the point of offering to find me alternative accommodation to please my girlfriend. At the price I don't think you can do better.
