It's a good decent place for family and friends. Calm place, no night club nearby. Family mart is very nearby. Hotel staffs were good and helpful. Room were clean and comfortable. Good place to relax. One end of the street you have beach other end of the street you have big c shopping centre. Walking street maybe approximately 6 to 7 kms

Stayed twice in the last week, firstly with my fiancé and then brought her mother with us. We only stayed 1 night each time as just passing through but would stay again. The hotel is very well located 100m from the beach road. The hotel is fairly old but everywhere appeared clean. The pool although not used looked lovely. The one thing that stood out about this hotel was the lovely helpful smiling staff, especially the guy who was there in the car park straight away to collect our suitcases. If we came back to Pattaya my fiancé said we would stay here again and I would be more than happy to. Thank you to all at this hotel.

Spacious room, nice location next to the beach in Soi 1, you can easily take the bus running along the boardwalk. Nice mall and Starbucks close by , 5 minutes walk. Friendly staff but than it's Thailand after all. Great value for your money. Laundry, dry cleaning and ironing at most affordable prices. Recommend and hope to return soon
