Unfortunately, our stay did not start well. On our first night, the apartment had a significant cockroach problem, which caused us a great deal of stress and made it very difficult to sleep. We reported it to the owner immediately and have videos and message records of the issue. To the owner's credit, they responded the following morning, arranged for the apartment to be sprayed, and then offered to move us to a different room when we were still unhappy. The replacement room was much better, and we appreciated their willingness to relocate us. However, the first night had already had a big impact on our stay, and we don't believe guests should have to experience that. No compensation or goodwill gesture was offered for the disruption and distress caused. While we appreciated being moved to another room, we hope the property takes stronger measures to prevent this from happening to future guests.

I stayed there June July . The location is good, beach is a couple minutes walk down the road, they is a seven eleven next door for any essentials . The Residence had a good pool enough to have a good swim, They is restaurant in complex for any lunch or dinners. You can have your clothes pick up and washed just ask reception or you can go to top of the road and hand them to laundry place. I had room 106 bottom floor , Rooms big with living space , separate kitchen for cooking all there. The room has two shower stall one up stair one down , but only one toilet down stairs, mean if you need to go during the night careful of the stairs. They is outside garden space to relax. just not a private as you think as room next door looks down on to space. The street has Restaurants and bars and massage place so you don't need to travel far from Hotel to eat or drink.

PROS: Fantasitc location right behind the beach, next to central mall, across road from night market and loads of pubs and resturants. Room- we had a huge room 2 bedrooms belcony was ok small and over looked the night market on 8th floor. Comfy beds and sofa but the "kitchen" was lacking. Hotel- has a few shops which are priced about the same as 7-eleven, place to do your washing, massage places very cheap 200 bhatt 1 hour feet/300 bhatt 1 hour full body. pool was ok no shade after 1pm and no umbrellas. If you go out the side you can get straight onto beach road. Every room had it's own air con. 6 bottles of water when we arrived and maid left 4 bottles when cleaned room. Give 2 room keys CONS: The slope to get your cases, pushchairs etc into the building is VERY VERY steep so no way could you use it for a pushchair or wheelchair. If you use the lift in the parking garage you still have a steep slope to get to it. So if you have a pushchair/wheelchair this is not the place for you. Steps if you can carry your cases. If you arrive in the morning (we did 9am) book the room the night before too, we offered to pay extra for a room but it was full so had to wait until 3pm to check in. Room only cleaned every 2 days but didn't come until 6pm when we were resting so couldn't clean it. Kitchen only had a fridge freezer, microwave, and a portable 1 ring electric burner. No cooking pots and pans and only 3 plates and 4 cups. By honey room was much better. Check out was bad! our taxi came at 730am but no one was around to give the keys we ended up having to find security to give them to him, he tried to call them but no one answered. So we also lost the deposit because no one was around to give it us back.
