To the Management Team, I am writing to formally complain about the unacceptable service I received from your night receptionist, Mr. Piyaphan, on February 26th around 9:30 PM. The issue began when I contacted the hostel via LINE and phone to verify the payment account details. Due to the high number of scammers nowadays, I wanted to ensure my transaction was safe. As a customer, I believe this is a reasonable precaution. However, the staff member showed a complete lack of service mind through the following actions: Inappropriate Attitude: He used an aggressive tone. When I pointed this out, he simply replied, "I talk like this to everyone, not just you," and insisted he was "normal," showing zero effort to be professional. Dismissive Behavior: Instead of assisting me with the booking verification, he bluntly told me that if I wasn't comfortable, I should just "go book through Booking.com." Challenging the Customer: When I asked to speak with a Manager or Duty Manager, he challenged me by saying the manager wasn't there, and if I wanted to see them, I should "just make a booking and come here to find them." Rudely Ending the Call: He ended the conversation by saying he had "other work to do" and hung up while my concerns were still unresolved. I want to emphasize that customers provide the revenue that sustains your business. Staff should encourage direct bookings to save on commission fees, not push customers toward OTAs. If the management considers this behavior "normal," I will have no choice but to take my business elsewhere. I will also be sharing this negative experience with others, as there are many other options that offer better respect and professionalism. I look forward to hearing how you plan to address this. Had one night , dont have much to say cause the room is verry essential and i think that paying 25 per night on discount is a great deal so nothing to blame. Service is good , people are humble , but one big positive thing i need to say is about location is next to the best beach of pattaya , and not far from amazing attractions like nongnooch gardens , surya land. Not close the sanctuary of truth but in exchange this please is really calm sorrounded by green , peace and lovely to walk or sit and reconnect with your self, i recomend it actually. Swimming pool with people and kids playin is a great vibe since there ate a lot of slides and water splashing mechanics. Good experience after all Room and place really outdated

I Reservation this hotel for 3 days at agoda on Jan 19, Jan 20, and Jan 21, 2026 , simply disappointing ! I've stayed in many parts of Thailand, yes, some hotels have a deposit on the entrance, and I respectfully take this situation, but other positive reviews have mentioned the friendly staff who are ridiculous, I haven't even seen one of the staff smiling in this hotel, I haven't seen one of the staff who are friendly, I have not seen one of the staff who smell, I have had a hassle in the expression of all of them. The arrival room 😂 is so funny that the hotel officials are guaranteed to take 500 safe deposits in the old furniture and scented bathroom, but they're guaranteed to be under any guarantees that the customer receives 500 safe deposits in the old furniture and scented bathroom. I would recommend this hotel even to my enemies , pay 100-200 baths more Stay in a neat hotel.The hotel owner who will read this review will apologize as he replies to any other review , they will write that they will work harder to fix things. Don’t worry!
