It's a fantastic place, as soon as we got to the property, we were exposed to a magnificent garden, a real jungle with exotic plants, water bodies with fish and fountains. We lived in a separate bungalow, the room is very comfortable, the cleanliness is perfect, all the necessary fridge, TV, speaker, kettle is available. Towels are changed every day, no foul smells, the plumbing is all in perfect condition. Every day cleaning, for the cleanliness of the room a special thanks to the staff. The coolest is the shower outside, also there is a large bath, but we never used the whole vacation, the shower was enough. At the hotel there is a restaurant, we have breakfast included in the price, lunch and dinner for our own. The restaurant is not very expensive, the cooking is very delicious, the service is high, for which thank you very much to the staff. Outside the restaurant there is a huge pool for adults with a Jacuzzi and there is also a pool for young children. The water in the pools is always clean and cooler than in the sea. The beach is conveniently located, the restaurant is nearby, clean beach towels are always present in the free access. The beach area is clean, the sunbeds are comfortable, lots of places in the shade of trees. The beach and the sea left a nice impression. At low tide, the water becomes a little murky, which is a feature of the entire coast. Other than that, the beach holiday was very enjoyable, all free time was spent there or by the pool. In the evenings, the hotel is very peaceful, you are as if in the jungle, the sound of birds and animals, everywhere lighting. If you want noise and fun, then by taxi to the center of Pattaya is close and not expensive. Any kind of taxi is available on the app. In the end, I would like to thank the hotel staff again for our comfortable stay here, we really enjoyed it, we stayed on a good impression and everyone recommends this hotel and we will definitely come again ourselves.

Relaxed at this hotel in mid-June. I'd like to say a big thank you to all the staff. So polite, so smiley. There was a number issue, it was solved in seconds. And not just decided, but offered several options to make us comfortable. The hotel itself is a fairy tale! Every corner is like a picture! Silence, nature, relaxation. Unequivocally recommend to all those who want to relax and take a break from the bustle of the city.

What an amazing stay at Sea Sand Sun Resort & Villas. Stunning beachfront villas, super clean + spacious. Staff were warm and attentive from check-in to check-out. Very good value for Money💯Beach is pristine, sunsets are unreal, and the vibe is peaceful but close to Pattaya action. Woke up to ocean sounds every morning. 10/10 would return. If you want true relaxation in Pattaya, this is it!
