The area is green, away from all shops, markets and other benefits of civilization. Only swam till lunch. Then there were waves. Often nails dirt that is probably dumped from ships. We called our bungalow the “Nif-Nif House”. It is made of course of simple cardboard materials and needs updating. But we knew where we were going, so no worries. Nice place. Clean, linen changed, towels changed every day. Hot water was no problem. Birds sing, squirrels jump and chirp, geckos peer at the light. The most beautiful thing is the sunsets from the veranda of our bungalow. We made ourselves coffee (the Turk was taken with us) and watched the sunsets. There was a buffet at breakfast for 7 days, everything was quite varied. Last 2 days a la carte breakfasts, 3 options to choose from. Edible. Dinner at a local restaurant, by the count of +18% or by taxi went to the center of Pattaya, as well as to the Ambassador Hotel, there center of civilization. Used the Bolt app , very convenient and pleasant prices. Cons are a hard mattress and pillows. And so you can come when you're tired of people and you just want to relax, read, take your mind off the fuss. Used the minibar, which was paid for the day before check-out and gave one massage, which was immediately paid for. I kept the receipts, which helped with the check-out when we were re-invoiced. I pulled out an envelope with all the receipts from the hotel, including for the restaurant, found the right ones. They were surprised by my vision. It was unpleasant.

My friends and I booked this hotel for 2 nights for a short getaway from Bangkok. The hotel looks nice from the website photos but the reality is very poor. The hotel is in bad condition as it is shabby and not well looked after. The rooms are old, dirty and uncomfortable. For example, ants in the bath, stains on the coffee-making spoons (not cleaned properly) and there was scummy water left in the kettle which made me not want to make a coffee. The pools are run down don’t look very clean. The ‘crystal dip’ pool was dirty and there were many insects roaming the surrounding decks. There were holes in the wooden decking and I saw a person fall through the decking. I have included photos to prove this. Furthermore, there is an exposed pump/filter (see photo) at the beach-side pool which looked very scruffy and not clean. We felt unhappy to use the pool as it didn’t look very clean. The breakfast was fine as there was a variety. Staff are generally friendly and polite but not very proactive. They told us they would send a golf cart to pick up luggage from the car and bring it to the room. We waited 10-15 mins they never turned up so we did it ourselves. After we checked in once we saw the state of room and hotel facilities we shared our disappointment with the reception. They offered to upgrade us to beach side rooms but we would have to pay extra. I was surprised by this as we were not willing to pay more when we were not happy in the first place. We paid 2,500 baht for a garden view room and I don’t think it is worth the money. For this price in Thailand, you can expect a room/hotel of reasonable quality. I would expect this standard if I paid half of what I paid. It is a quiet resort outside of the city with nice views of the sea. It is fine to stay here but don’t expect quality.

I agree with the previous comment very old very run down beds are terrible hard and yes it is on the beach yes but it's miles from anywhere I mean anyway if you like isolation in a run down cabin and want to pay more than the marriott stay here Signed Foodcriticgazza Ps had 5 day paid for moved out after 1
