Very poor service at this hotel. Very bad room cleaning, after cleaning the dirt: dirty floors, everything in cobwebs, tables not cleaned at all. Drops of spilled drink on the floor won't even wipe! In the breakfast café, it's the same: tables are dirty, flies and midges fly. Birds get in and peck on the tables for leftover food. Terrible! The water park is neglected, the pools don't clean at all, palm leaves float, sand, bags of some kind. In places lies broken furniture: tables and chairs. Overall, this hotel has a very big cleanliness problem. Very lazy workers. I don't know how they even get paid for this kind of work.

The room was much older than expected. A musty smell hit me as soon as I entered. The air conditioner was old and didn't work; it really needs replacing. The bathroom had no shower, only a bathtub, and was in a very outdated condition. I understand the hotel is old, but it should be better maintained. If it weren't for the many children's play areas, I wouldn't stay here at all.

Pattaya park hotel, new building (not in tower). Nice hotel, lived on the 4th floor, view from the window-roof of the next hotel, well we didn't come out the window to see, so not critical. This room is large, two beds, table, hold, refrigerator, safe, TV with 3 Russian programs, 2-Russia and Masha channel with old programs of channel 1, right nostalgia. Shower is ordinary-Thai, wall watering + flexible shower with a very unusual watering hole (pictured). Breakfasts are standard, same every day, you can't go hungry, coffee machine, ice cream, you can bake waffles. The fruit is watermelon and pineapple. The hotel has 2 swimming pools, we only went to one, the water is clean. Towels can be taken either in the hotel or in the pool under painting in the notebook, they are certainly tired, get caught with holes, but for the pool will do. At the time of arrival, 2 tickets to the water park per person are given. You can't call it a water park, circular pool, children's pool with bucket, 6 slides, worked 4, iron sunbeds, terribly uncomfortable. None of the food, no drinking, even a small bottle of water was taken from us. On the territory everything is--prices are 2-4 times higher and the sales system is dumb. If you want to buy something, you need to take a 20 baht water park-collateral card, you can return up to 17, if you have not had time or forgotten, the money will not be returned. The sea is dirty, of course, bathed a couple of times when they arrived, then went to Kolan, there is of course clean water. In general we liked the hotel, solid 3+ And yes, very substantial downside, there are only 2 outlets in the room, 2!!!, Carl. One under the TV, one in the bathtub, the kettle was turned on in the bathtub🤣🤣🤣
