Very nice hotel, cleanliness ok, great location. The only problem I had was that when checking out the hotel wanted to charge me 200 THB for a towel stained with lipstick, it's ridiculous and ridiculous

Arrived late so I agreed to stay even though the lobby photos shown on web site were obviously an artist rendering. This hotel resembles a bombed out building in a 3rd world country. The photos shown are actual pictures of the property from November 2018. Many of the rooms are just shells and the room I stayed in did not have adequate AC. No lift. All of those things would have been ok at the price point but the stairs from the lobby to the rooms are actual blocks loosely stacked and I almost busted my ankle as they are completely unsafe. I checked out 2 days early and the management refused to return my money but getting ripped off for $70 is better than a broken ankle. Also, when I arrived the front desk clerk who was rude insisted I pay cash.

This hotel is an island of calm surrounded by the calamity of Walking Street , Staff are friendly and helpful , location to nightlife cannot be bettered and all within a very reasonable price range. Set off Walking Street down a driveway . Also has a shaded seating area available outside . I enjoyed my stay.
