The hotel is located in the middle of nowhere. You may easily miss the sign because it is so damaged and hard to read. The hotel is a rundown with no security or anything at all. During nighttime it will be totally dark and derelict. Furthermore, they also don't have any lifts (prepare to carry your luggage up and down!). Personally, we find it highly overpriced. The room was neat and clean but TV is from the ancient era with only several watchable channels. Food was horrible, with refrigerated ham and sausage from convenience store. Decent staff service (if you find child labour tolerable, that is). In conclusion, highly not recommended. Visited in December 2014

Ayutthaya-History

We used this hotel during our bicycling trip from Ayutthaya to the Three Pagoda Pass and back. We chose this accommodation as it was on our itinerary. On arrival we found a large empty palace-like hotel, which had likely its prime time a couple of years back. One staff member left their baby to sleep in the entrance to the building in a hammock, what led us think that not a lot of people stopped by (at least at that time of the year). It had a bit of a spooky atmosphere (in the late afternoon another guest arrived and start knocking on all the doors to find out if she was alone or not). The rooms were neat and clean. There was air-conditioning, television (only Thai channels) and a refrigerator in the rooms. Everything was functioning fine and the whole building looked spick & span. We could use the swimming pool if we wished and they asked us - as we were the sole guests - if we wanted to take dinner or breakfast, what we declined (we started biking at first light). The resort is "strategically" located about 3 kilometers from the Hin Dat Hot Springs and 6 kilometers from the Pha Tat Waterfall, part of the Sri Nakharin Dam National Park established in 1981.

the resort is located about 30 min from tong pah poh. if you are coming from bkk direction ask the driver to drop you on the way. tong pah poh are worth a visit. the market area is nice and also the river scenerie. the resort offer good food and a lovely poolarea. if you are looking for relaxation this is the place!
