Now this was the third time I stayed at this hotel. I always think it is just as nice and beautiful and calm when I came here. It is one of the few hotels in the Krabi region that really holds a calm. The staff is discreet and service-oriented. Everything is clean and nice. The staff are very attentive to your needs. I can really recommend this hotel. I have traveled a lot in Thailand and lived in very fashionable and expensive hotels as well as more simple ones but I want to give this hotel the highest score it can get even if it's not an expensive class on it. We stayed at Duang Jai resort during our holiday. The condition of our room was ok. The enviroment smelled like garbage and all the pillows, robes and sheets smelled unclean and sweaty. The breakfast was small and most of the staff didn’t understand english so my friend’s vegetarian omelet was filled with ham. This happened almost every morning although the staff stayed the same. Luckily one of the staff spoke english so when she was around everything worked well. The best thing in this resort is that it’s quite near the Noppharat beach but still it is very silent.

Wow. Excellent quality lunch at an amazing price. Main dish and soft drink 100 baht. If you stay anywhere near Soi 8 you must give it a try. Only open until 5pm I think. Looks nice little place to stay too, reasonable size pool. Looks nice and quiet yet very close to everything.
