Stayed here for 1 night. Good location but area felt quite expensive but could walk to the beach and lots of restaurants and supermarkets round the corner. Staff were very accommodating helped us plan next part of our trip. Actual hotel was lovely, liked the decor a lot. Room was big, spacious and clean. Wouldn't bother with the breakfast buffet as was over priced for what you get and there is a nice breakfast cafe next door. Only thing I would say is the wifi is non existent!

Sad to say my night here wasn't good, the shower room drained really slow so after a minute under shower you endured 30 mins of flooding , towels were tatty and I'm not that fussy , to top it off the roof leaked in the corner and soaked my stuff on the floor, the sister hotel j mansion is much better choice and location , can't say I'd recommend this one to anyone

Average place to stay, rooms are equipped with a/c or fan, spacious and clean and very good price. People are very nice too , I was even given a lift to the Ao Nang town once by one of their staff, but the place is a bit too far from the town. It seems like the owner has a few other properties, and there is a J. Hotel and J. Mansion, which are right in the town centre.
