Good value for money. we had a room overlooking the pool..top.. Otherwise hotel a little difficult to find in the maze of the small streets of phiphi. Hotel under construction, rubble, construction tools, rusty bikes that end their lives on a pile of rocks, noise from time to time...so average. no catering, no breakfast. Reception closed at 8pm in the evening. In summary an address if you stay one or two nights in Phiphi..

The room smelt bad and was full of insects. The staff was unwilling to help. No refund was provided and we left. I would advise not to book this hotel.

With fairly minimal effort /expense this could be very pleasant. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The pools are good and the location excellent. However our bathroom had broken fittings making it hard to shower and the shower cubicle was very mouldy. Also what could be a nice patio area by the pool is neglected scrub/wasteland with a couple of dirty old plastic chairs and nowhere to sit. These details drag down one's experience and makes it feel rather overpriced.
