A good hotel to stay just beside sea

Excellent for a 3-star hotel. Budget-friendly, clean rooms, comfy beds and pillows, polite staff, and good breakfast served. Pool at the 5th floor was clean and maintained despite of the many guests. Towels are available for guests to take to the beach, just sign out and return after - this was a definite plus! We are a family of four and we stayed for 12 nights, booked directly from their website. Check-in was smooth. We were given a room on the 4th floor, facing the mountains and the room was quite during nighttime, we were not able to hear music across the street. Ao Nang Beach was just 5 minutes walk. Accessible to a lot of 7-11's, massage centers, salon, food hubs, and tourist markets offering souvenirs, shirts, swimwear, elephant coords, etc. Tuktuks and taxis were not a problem at all. Staff were all polite and service-oriented. They were all very nice 😊. Will not hesitate to stay again in the future.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Kokotel Krabi! The hotel itself is fantastic—clean, modern, beautifully designed, and located in a great spot that makes exploring Krabi incredibly easy. The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, and the overall vibe of the hotel is warm and welcoming. What truly sets this place apart, however, is the exceptional hospitality. A Special Shoutout to Frank! A massive thank you to the manager, Frank, who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, his warm hospitality, professionalism, and genuine care were evident. He was always available to offer brilliant local recommendations, ensure everything in our room was perfect, and greet us with a smile. It’s rare to find a manager so genuinely dedicated to the guest experience, and he truly made us feel at home. The rest of the staff were also incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our trip. If you are planning a trip to Krabi, do yourself a favor and book Kokotel. We will definitely be back! Pros: Excellent location, spotless rooms, family-friendly vibe, and world-class management.
