Overall the hotel is next to awful. Location is hidious, there's really nothing nearby (e.g. restaurants), and the hotel has virtually no services except some snacks and free instant coffee in the morning. Our room smelled like sewer, and I had to get one of the bed sheets changed as it was dirty. Otherwise the room was OKish, just a bit worn. The pool is otherwise nice, but the water was not clear, so apparently the use of chemicals is not done as it should. The "pool" or "garden" views are just rubbish, you can see a glimpse from the windows. And don't buy that free airport shuttle promise. There is a free ride 3 times a day (6am, 1pm, 8pm), otherwise it costs 300 bahts assuming their driver is available. In our case he was not - we needed to leave around 9:30 am, and he was booked from 9:30 to 10:30 for other rides, and was not yet at the hotel by 9 for an earlier departure (wtf - only 1 driver and no service at 9???). There was no help in getting other taxis (that are not flying around in the area), except "you can book it from internet". We'll we did for double the price. Would not recommend unless absolutely in need to have a room for 1 night before taking off.

We arrived late at night and they gave us a huge room which we love but it turns out that the aircondition is broken. We learnt this after we already unpacked our stuffs. The hotel staff were not helping us to carry our bags to transfer to a new room. The new room's airconditioner is working fine on the first day and not on the 2nd day and again ok the following days we stayed. The lady manager was grumpy whenever we asked her something. A very bad experience but at least they have delicious coffee and biscuits in the morning. The small pool is refreshing to have a dip in the afternoon. Careful with those steps though as it is very sharp. Hit my knee and got cuts. I am not recommending this Hotel.

Better choose different place. Be ready to pay 500tbh deposit for key( no info about this on booking site) location is awful, to kind of city 20 mins by car, there is 2 times per day transport to city but timing is not practical, so not very useful, if you want to go by taxi be ready pay 200tbh, no shops close by, this place is not serving any food, so being on your holidays you have to plan food shopping to not starve in hotel. Air con in the room is working but is very noisy so you can't sleep with aircon on all night, so is hot, waking up to switch on and off aircon, last but not least night time loads of rats running down the corridor, so glad that there is no rats in the room! Awful!Staff is friendly.
