Very worn hotel, you get a little feeling that you have arrived in an abandoned ghost hotel, as it all looks very decayed and not being kept. We were so lucky that we had lake views, unfortunately the lake was dried out and there stank of sewage. In the evening, the lighting on the paths is limited and you have to be careful where you go, as the coating is very uneven. We ate at the hotel one evening, and the food tasted unnoticed, however it was hardly to hold out sitting there because of very loud live music. The rooms are very worn, the bed is really hard, it smelled of sewage in the toilet, just besides when there had been room service, so smelled the whole room of toilets. The breakfast buffet was nothing to hope for, it was extremely limited, no cheese or orders. We had a baby of 6 months with, the small children's pool was not to use as the water was completely green of algae and a layer of leaves. In addition to the green children’s pool, they had several small fountains/water baths that were also filled with green water and leaves. They had large posters to hang around at the hotel with day trips / excursions, but when we wanted to book it, it was not possible as they no longer offered the excursions. Unfortunately, it just helps to make the experience of the hotel disappointing that things are not being kept. They get the two stars because of the nice staff and a pleasant face massage.

We stayed at P.P. Erawan Palms Resort on Ko Phi Phi Don, and unfortunately our experience was extremely disappointing. We paid 16,000 baht for a Mountain View room, deliberately avoiding the advertised 120-step rooms due to knee issues. Despite this, our assigned room was still located a long and physically demanding distance from reception and the restaurant, requiring multiple steep and uneven staircases and hills. The access was so difficult that we didn’t use the breakfast service at all as it was too much effort to walk there and back. After the first night, we politely requested a room closer to the front of the resort. The hotel agreed but moved us into a basic room worth around 4,000 baht — a substantial downgrade. When we asked for something closer in value to what we had originally paid for, we were told we would need to pay an additional 1,800 baht to move up one category (still a far lower grade room than we paid for), despite the resort being nearly empty. We were then told to contact Trip.com, who agreed this reflected poor customer service and refunded us 2,000 baht. We chose to check out after only two nights of our four-night stay. The location is beautiful, but the lack of flexibility, empathy, and basic customer care was unacceptable. We would not return and cannot recommend this resort — particularly for guests with mobility concerns.

The resort is pretty rundown. The beach in front of the door looks nice if you don't look to the right or left. D are barges that are loaded and unloaded. The pool is small. The rooms are functional, the bathroom is ok. You get what you pay for is always so beautiful. Luckily it is only 2 nights, then we continue to Pukhet.
