Lovely people. Very accommodating and respectful. They made our stay easy and magical. Ignore the reviews claiming targeted refusals of service. They only refuse if you’re being problematic.

Miss Lee is hands down the worst person on that island. There are so many wonderful people in Thailand yet she stands exactly as the opposite of what Thai culture is. No respect for anyone or anything. It's really only a matter of time before something happens to her as she keeps treating people so badly. Completely mentally ill person.

My friends and I thought we would book a few nights in a nice hotel. so that we could have peace, away from the beach music and 6man dorms. As we walked into the rooms we were hit with the smell of old wet towels and noticed black mould covering the ceilings. When this was complained about they sprayed the room with air freshener as if that would help. the showers are also cold unless you pay extra for it to be warm , there is also no air-con and only a fan. When our friends moved hotels (due to the mouldy room) the hotel owner was very angry at them , I kept my room and later my friend came up to use the toilet. I was met with angry knocking and the hotel owner was demanding i pay 300 baht for the guest (even though she had been staying at the hotel for the previous two nights) I refused to pay. Later that night my friend and I came back to our room after a night out , again we hear knocking. I open the door to an angry woman , now waving a stick that she threatened she would hit us with if she found any guests (they werent in our room). And for the finale , as i checked out of the hotel the woman told me that “although I have a good education, I am still dumb”. A truly unforgettable experience x
