Since I have a baby, I always get a free stay and a free crib for the child on the reservation. …More Coco Bella Resort (owner) 3 months ago Dear guest, We offer our sincere apologies for the inconvenience encountered during your stay, particularly regarding the crib, the additional fees, and the communication with our staff, which did not meet our standards. We regret that you felt uncomfortable, especially while traveling with a young child, for whom special attention and comfort are essential. Regarding the stained sheets, this issue is handled in accordance with the hotel's policy. In your case, a surcharge of 300 THB was applied. This amount already represented a reduced rate, because the sheets were very dirty and required several cleanings during your stay. We nevertheless take your comments seriously and will carefully examine this situation, while improving our team's performance in order to prevent it from happening again. We thank you for taking the time to share your comments with us. They are very valuable in allowing us to constantly improve our services. We sincerely hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you again and offering you a better experience. Sincerely, Management Translated by Google·See original (English) Rayane Deghali Local Guide·10 reviews 6 months ago Good hotel overall, but a big noise problem. The hotel is very well located, clean and comfortable, and the staff is pleasant and professional. The staff is unpleasant, even mean, no kindness, no smile, limited in helping you. The room is very average, apart from the decent mattress, it is not clean, old-fashioned, especially the disgusting bathroom, no pleasure in showering there, the water flowing from the faucets is brown, it is horrible, you feel like you are washing with dirty water. And above all, no cleaning done in the rooms, no change of towels, etc. Average breakfast The cafeteria restaurant downstairs in the hotel is very bad, varied menu but everything is bad, not good, not homemade, which is rare all the same in Thailand where the standard for cuisine is high everywhere, whether it be Thai or international food. Really, the food is horrible. Only the cocktails or shakes are good. I accidentally broke a piece of my glass at the table, which can happen to anyone. They asked me to pay for the glass (the dishware). Unbelievable, I have never seen that, and I have been to many countries. Besides, even in Thai [restaurants], I haven't seen that.

Checkin was worse ever in Asia!! Discussions about a 1000 baht deposit for things your break!! It’s preparing for ripping you off!! Why? First what ever you damage will cost more than 1000 baht! TV, Bed etc!! What is the actually purpose of 1000 baht per room?? 70 rooms give the owner up to 70.000baht free Cashflow as debit for free by the customer!!! He buys from this money the drinks and food you have to rebuy for 3 times more!!! Late checkout after 11:00 am the charge you 500 baht !! And they let us wait 30 min till agoda wrote me a stupid email!! 1000bath deposit was not part of the contract!! I booked fixed and not refund able!!!

I got a room without windows, it was awful! The staff could not change the room for me. It was a very bad experience
