RS Guesthouse

Booked for 2 nights but only stayed for 1 night due to the water being turned off so no facilities. 1 of 2 rooms had snot on the wall and what looked to be blood stained toilet seat and the shower didnt work at all. Front door the 1 room had massive gap underneath.

very noisy place, others guests doing mess and loud music until 5 AM, we are stolen by someone inside this place. They have camaras, but the responsible and employees for this place did not do anything to support us. Arround the hotel is very dirty, mess, noise and ugly. Inside this place we met guys using cocain. The employees just play cards all day and they do not carry about the guests. If you like your family does not not stay in this place

Phi phi being so small anywhere you stay will be a good location. Local shop. Local beach and so on. I arrived on sonkran and was just annoyed that I had my big bag and carry bag on whilst people was throwing menthol water on me. So I just ran inside and got a room. Wasn't the cleanest and I had a few insects to look at but I just didn't take notice. WiFi was awful and the room smelt like someone had peed everywhere. Urine edition pillows
