This stay was made so much better by the most lovely lady on reception! The place is beautiful and the staff are very attentive and caring to your needs! We hope to return next year and hope to deal with the beautiful hearted lady who helped us so much during our stay.

Loving all the green fields, my boyfriend and I had a real great time there. Good service but staff need to be a bit more alert. House keeping staff were very helpful. We had a really good time there ;)

We booked the suite. The hotel accepted the reservation even though the suite was on renovation. now they refuse to refund the money. Breakfast is limited and there is no variety to choose from. we had to go to the cafe in the city. There was noise from the next rooms from their renovation work. Rude service by the owner. The view is the only good thing at this location. Definitely not again.
