I love this hotel, it's in the Nakhon Pathom area, about 1 hr away from Bangkok. The rates are very affordable and the area provides everything you need without the Smog and hustle and bustle of Bangkok. I was able to get my teeth cleaned in this area without the tourist upcharge. My wife was and to get her nails done with such skill that if she got a similar service in the U.S. would have cost her $200 compared to the $:55 she actually paid. Right around the corner from Proud Exclusive hotel is an evening market with some of the best food ( I'm not gonna call it Street Food) it was gourmet to me. The staff at P. E hotel were Topnotch

Clean, big room and balcony (without chair or table though), and a lot of parking space. It' s a bit outside city center, but still some restaurants and small night market nearby. For breakfast in the morning, you have possibly to walk a bit further. Definitely a good value room.

Stayed 2 nights booked on Agoda. Hotel is not in the city centre and was about 2 km from the train station or 30 minutes walk. Ditto for visiting the famous Chedi Modern fairly minimalist style hotel. Big room with comfortable bed and good hot water shower. Android TV. I had to ask for a hot water kettle. Nice balcony. The only problem was the terrible WiFi in the room. I had to go to the lobby to get a good connection. Didn't have breakfast but looks like the usual Asian fare and eggs and toast. Nice swimming pool at the front of the hotel and no-one else using it. Recommended but you need transport to get around town.
