If you are travelling to Nan Province, this hotel could be your one stop to sleep. The room was quite big enough, though they don’t have kettle inside the room. But for the price, it’s not bad. Close to the market and tourist spots and also just few minutes outside the hotel have food shops.

This little hotel has 3 floors. No elevator. It looks like most of the woods are handcrafted. I got the VIP room with king sized bed. The air condition works in the room. Bathroom is big, but only standup shower. The faucet head for the bathroom sink is loose. There is a TV in the room. Mini fridge. Not sure if the bottle of waters are complimentary. So I bought my own water. There no safety box in the room. The staffs are friendly, but speak little English. Wifi are good. Hotel is close to a lot of the restaurants. I did find some of the restaurants closed at 3 pm and others opens at 5 pm. Walking distance to night mkt. You can definitely hear the motor vehicles or cycles noise. If you need sim card, go to True move store which is really close to the hotel. Go out the door and take a right. About 20 feet. Got 4G unlimited data for a month about 584 bahts. Well worth it and you can use it anywhere in Thailand.

Centrally located in the down town area, I really enjoyed my stay at this professionally run hotel. The simple room was very clean and comfortable, the Wi-Fi worked very well and there were a handful of English language channels on the television. The hot water and air-conditioner worked just fine. The hotel staff was very friendly and kind. At a walk in rate of 600 THB I think its a very good choice and I would stay here again for sure.
