Nattapon Grand Hotel

As the title indicates, the hotel has lost the plot when it comes to maintenance: multiple non-working lights in room, walls in need of painting, mold taking over the shower, and dirty swimming pool water. Way overpriced for the value.

Stayed in bungalow accommodation. Room was terrible, bathroom in need of renovation,(hot water not working, toilet seat cover came away on lifting). Water damage to main room ceiling, curtains that had to be held together at night with foldback clips for privacy, and ants everywhere. Informed staff on reception, and was offered a choice of 3 other rooms that were in a similar condition. Asked to speak with the manager the following morning, but they avoided the situation with me, so I never got to speak with anyone with any authority...left the next morning in disgust. I found a better room in central Nong Bua Lam Phu at half the price. This Grand Hotel was undoubtedly grand when first built, but having recently stayed there, all I say it is in need of total renovation. Don't trust the pictures as they were taken a long, long time. On a last note this hotel is a fair distance from main Nong Bua Lam Phu, that requires bus or taxi to go anywhere.

Me and my brother been here such a Great Hotel staff very polite and Kind.. but there's allways problem in TV remote we Got 2 rooms and than change 1 room but same problem TV remote. They should solve this problem because this hotel very big and Such a nice Hotel...price excelent .. room clean .. we looking farword to stay there again . Thank you
