After 25 years in and out of SE Asia with Bangkok as the very first stop, Nonthaburi became an attraction - situated by Chao Phraya - away from the busy tourist areas. Everytime in Bangkok I went by express bot to spend time in Nonthaburi. This year I was so lucky to have extra time, found PSP Place and stayed there for a week. I got a room on 10th floor with a West-view. Never thought that sunsets over the river could be that beautiful. The room was big and very comfortable. With an extremely helpful staff, Thai breakfast and great cleaning every day I couldn't ask for more. Adding great possibilities of sightseeing in the area and a few, but attractive restaurants nearby and loads of street kitchens with excellent and cheap food the whole picture blends together in an genuine experience of Metropolis Thailand where the Thais live.
