First just let me get started by saying travellers who pick this hotel are usually those who have business around the Impact area—whether it’s for the Arena, Speedkart or whatever other functions being held there. In that sense, the hotel’s location is pretty prime, with covered (indoor) walkways connecting to all event venues, plus Cosmo Bazaar, Novotel, and the BTS station. However, it is quite a trudge to/from the BTS station (Impact Muang Thong Thani). This is our second visit to this hotel—the first in June 2019—and both times we were here for a concert being held at the Impact Arena. I did find the lack of food options around the area to be a little off-putting. It’s kind of silly that the restaurants, including KFC, to be closed by 8pm. However, if you are there early, do try the Hong Kong wantan noodles at the nearby Sky Kitchen (photo attached). Back to the hotel. The staff are very friendly, as expected from the Thais. However, there is a clear lack of amenities such as gym or swimming pool, which I would expect from a hotel of this stature.

Try your regular ibis to eat and drink before going to a concert and not to be impressed by Novotel. Member parking recommends booking the parking before, the more concerts, the more crowded the BDay, thanks to multiple events simultaneously. The check-in queue is very long, but ask the staff who pass by can access the Priority Accor Member box and the room is ready. Welcome will be a cookie, the staff says they’ll pick it up and we’ll walk out and choose to pick it back. Welcome Drink redeem at the bar, fresh beer for a large glass. The room is standard, there are four bottles of empty water, and there’s an air conditioning after breakfast, so the maid can help make a sweat. Breakfast is a lot because the rooms are full, but always add to the meal, it doesn’t have a lot of food lines, but there’s spaghetti salmon. All the personable staff found, the front bar, dining room, butler, Security. From the hotel, there''s a Skywalk to Impact Cosmo all within walking distance.

Nice location linked to the convention centre and cosmo mall. Importantly it is very near to the Impact park Go Kart and nice restaurant there. Monorail is also near by. Excellent and ample parking spaces (L2- covered ) and EV charger (AC only), EV anywhere charger (DC) available near by within 2km radius, use google map to locate. Nice Lobby and live guitar musics in evening.
