The guesthouse is located 500 meters from the main road. I stayed in room no. 4 with one double bed. The room is spacious and clean. Good toilet, hot shower, a/c and refrigerator. The owner is very nice.

Kanita house has a beautiful garden and clean pool. Spacious rooms, cleaned daily. Unfortunately, the object name is misleading, because it is not in Bang Tao. We often had problem to explain taxi drivers or tuk tuk where this location is. The restaurant is closed. We found one place with delicious food near kanita house. But to get there you had to walk along a main road. That with young children was a big adventure. Staff nice.Shuttle to the beach was included in the price. That was really cool. We did not expect such a location and the surrounding area, but the object itself is a positive experience

Room was basic could do with updating,WiFi was dodgy. We had the larger pool side room, only the bedroom is air con so the rest of the area can get warm as it has just a fan.Our bed was shocking, old and uncomfortable. Small pool was OK. The main problem is the location, there is nowhere to eat in the local area,Their restaurant was shut on our trip, also the free bus to the beach did not exist and is 20 minutes away by scooter (on a good day) I must say the manager was very accommodating when I wanted to cancel the rest of our stay and refunded all our booking,So we only stayed 3 nights and found a much nicer place for the same price closer to the beach. I honestly could not recommend this Hotel
