I stayed here for three nights with some friends. Unfortunately, the stay started immediately upon arrival in the villa with multiple problems. Upon entering, a lot turned out to be wrong. In one of the rooms there were a lot of flies, several air conditioning units did not work, lighting did not work and open electrical wires were visible at the pool of the villa. The latter, frankly, we found really unacceptable and unsafe. After reporting this, an attempt was made to fix the problems. The service itself was friendly and the staff visibly did their best to solve cases. Yet in the end the air conditioning units in two rooms still did not work properly. Subsequently, all kinds of complimentary options were offered from the resort, but we did not come for that. We just wanted a neat, well maintained villa in which the basics are in order. What also became clear to us is that the villas are rented through the resort, but that each villa has its own owner. As a result, the maintenance seems to vary greatly per villa. Especially with the more expensive villas, you can expect more intensive checks before guests arrive. Clearly that was not the case here. In addition, you have to take into account the planning of the resort. For example, if lunch is indicated until 17:00, it may still happen that the restaurant closes at 15:00, because there are no staff available or because there is an event in the evening. That kind of thing makes the stay less relaxing, especially when there are so many other problems at play. The location is beautiful and the staff really try to make you feel good. But in our experience there were simply too many problems to really enjoy the stay. For the amount we have paid, this must absolutely not happen. As a guest, you also feel uncomfortable when the most simple things are not well arranged and then there is mainly an attempt to make up for that with extras that you do not actually need. Based on our experience, the condition of the villa and the value for money I unfortunately cannot recommend this place.

we stayed in the 3 bedroom suit with pool , and one of the best resorts to stay , the lounge area is super big and the view from our suit was beautiful the suit is equipped with everything that 1 can need for a holiday the service at the resort is top class , and everyone from the time we checked in till check out was super smooth , and everybody was very sweet and smiling at all time and always eager to help the breakfast and the food and drinks also are really good overall one of the best holidays we had thanks to the andhra staff which made it super comfortable special mention to mr Wut - front desk manager who helped us for the airport transfers timmy and ying at the silk restaurant - titan at the concierge and lin and bee would def like to come back and stay here
