The worst experience I’ve ever had with a hotel staff they didn’t confirm our reservation and told us we don’t have a room for you and wanted to return the money we prepaid to refund it back to my credit card after 7 working days with no place to stay and when we argued with them about that’s not right they closed the hotel lobby and the hotel staff ganged on us and start act violently by hitting me and my friends DONT EVER BOOK THIS PLACE THEY ARE LIARS AND UNPROFESSIONAL

Thoroughly recommend this hotel we have now stayed 4 times and love coming back. The staff are very helpful and friendly, they will go out of their way for absolutely anyone. The rooms are lovely, spacious and cleaned daily. The private pools are exactly how they are advertised .. private with stunning views. We always make use of the free shuttle bus run regularly to Patong which is only 5 kilometres away. So being a very hard critic I give it 10/10 👍🏻

Place is up on a steep hill. We spent 3 days here to celebrate my partner’s birthday and some quiet time. The room was big with private infinity pool, yes that’s good, i like it and the new lady in the reception was nice. But... sadly the management seems to neglect such nice place. Tap water is broken. Water flow in the shower will suddenly burst, no cup on our temporary room(our room wasn’t ready when we arrived), same breakfast everyday egg, sausage, toast and corn bits and served COLD. Big bar and restaurant but sadly empty. Poor all around chef was nice though. Place giving you a deserted place feel after our stay.
