Bad hotel! Because: 1. One of the buildings where we were placed stands along a busy road, our windows facing it, it was very noisy 24 hours a day, so noisy that we couldn't hear each other in a room with an open balcony. 2. Next to the balcony was a power tower, right next to it, the feeling that I could reach with my hand. Very picturesque view! I'm not talking about electromagnetic radiation at all. 3. The internet in the room didn't work on the word at all, I complained about the reception, helped, but not immediately. Why not immediately - see paragraph below 4. Staff don't speak English, even those at reception. I asked you to fix the broken internet and get the clothes that flew from the balcony to the roof of the annex, nodding, smiling, but doing nothing. I've come up on both issues several times. 5. Breakfasts are delicious but uniform Every day is the same without any variation 6. There's a one-way bus to the beach at 9am and 10am, back as you wish! Walk more than a kilometer and walk down the road. It's right down the driveway and cars are coming at your back, dangerous at all! It was really weird for me and my baby to go there. The way is through the garbage dump with a beautiful ambré of rotten fish and fruit. 7. We lived on the third floor, no elevator. It was OK . Bit dated . Staff aren’t overly friendly . Beds nice and comfy but aircon wasn’t working properly and despite complaining and someone coming to try to fix it , it still wasn’t working the following night . It’s just off a very busy main road that you have to walk down if not getting a taxi

Great hotel. Nice rooms, service, chlorine-free pool. Clean. Breakfasts, of course, are not like chain hotels, but normal. Staff on 5. Near 7-11, food was taken from vendors, delicious. Best tom yam in a hotel- no noodles or any extras! There's a cafe behind Macro, it's delicious, but not a tom-yam at all. The cafe across the street cooks it with noodles, but it's delicious. Shop 24 for Macro groceries, water, beer are cheaper. Souvenirs at the night market in Kata, the market is big, the fruit is there. Prices are about the same everywhere. The pillow was bought at a store on the street towards Caron, but we were slipped another one-better to check several times. It's really a long way to the sea. Summer waves! I liked Kata Beach better. Pickup at 9:00 and 10:00 to the beaches no problem. No waves in the east. Drove to Ao Yong Beach. Taxis are better on the app if caught on the road- twice as expensive...
