The resort is peaceful and surrounded by a beautiful tropical landscape, making it perfect for my family, who were looking for a relaxing and safe environment to unwind. Due to its slightly uphill location away from the main road, the resort offers a calm and peaceful atmosphere without the usual tourist crowds and traffic. Although the resort is situated on a slope and involves a slight uphill walk, it is generally manageable for anyone with average fitness. However, it may be tiring for elderly guests or those with mobility issues. The resort has a great location — around a 5–10 minute walk to Karon Beach. It is also within walking distance to Kata Market, which takes approximately 30–45 minutes. There are also restaurants and cafes located about 10 minutes away. The hotel even has its own mini market, making it convenient to buy snacks, drinks, and daily necessities without leaving the property. My room was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful sea view. The hotel breakfast was good, offering a variety of Western, Thai, Chinese, and Indian dishes. There were multiple pools to choose from, and none of them felt crowded. I also noticed that the pools were cleaned daily. The best part of our stay was the hotel’s exceptional hospitality. We are truly impress for the care and professionalism shown by the hotel staff during our stay.

Booked this hotel in November for my stay in January, upon arriving and stepping foot in the hotel. We were informed that there was an issue with the room and we were being "upgraded" to their other hotel which was more central but came with its own problems. This hotel in question, apart from uprooting us to a different hotel just for 2 nights out of 6. My friend was staying hence why we booked together so having to move was not acceptable. There was a sewage smell from the smaller pool which apprantly they were unaware of, the kids club was non existent as the staff brought the kid out to reception and upon seeing the parent wanted to come out, I specifically mentioned on the booking for the room to be away from stairs and closer to reception due to my mother being of age so unable to walk much, the breakfast had a limiting section, the hot drinks were like warm, the restaurant food took almost 45minutes for 5 chicken wings which had no taste. I just feel they failed in service from start to finish, a bad taste was left due to the inconvenience of moving then having to wait for check in time. Also the room smelt of mould. Probably wouldn't stay.
