It's not the first time we've vacationed in Karon Princess in Phuket, but I didn't think there would be negative impressions and moments. One is a restaurant. Breakfast is included in the ticket, we didn't even count on a variety of meals (how many times there were - nothing changed, every day the same menu). But what will be served by the stale ones is blown - we didn't expect at all. It's about simple vegetables. There are soured tomatoes, winded and tasteless cucumbers already shrunk, sluggish and dried peppers. Frying eggs and keeping them cold without warming them up has become commonplace, not always covered with a lid. Pigeons that almost walk over their heads have become a huge problem. You look away for a second, and they're already thanking you for breakfast from your plate. Thailand is a fruit heaven, but there's barely a sweet watermelon on the table, sucking. Very rarely was there a pineapple and that sour one. Anyway, of course, you can have breakfast, but we remember to keep an eye on the plates and at least smell check what we take. Cleaning is, in principle, normal (unless you're pedantic). Balcony is very rarely cleaned, some rubbish is not noticed at all. The dishes in the room are not cleaned, just rinsed. The coffee mug, you could say it was, stayed that way. The bed is really changed daily. Since we always come in the off-season, having a pool was very important to us. Here's the problem. Never been in a pool in such terrible condition. I don't know what it's related to, but after three or four days in the pool, the water started to get cloudy. On the second day, we walked up to the front desk asking them to clear the pool and solve the problem. Leaving your head said everything will be done. The next day, the water turned green rather than murky. And it wasn't until the fourth day that the hotel staff started doing anything. We haven't had a swim in the pool in five days. At the same time, the sea is raging on the scary. So it is not always possible to draw on the wonderful experience of a past stay in this hotel.

Holidays with a family and a kid for 11 years. The first thing that shocked us when we walked into the room was that the baby wasn't given a separate bed. Let’s go figure out, turns out according to the hotel the tour operator should indicate in the voucher the availability of additional sleeping space, and the fact that the voucher prescribes 3 people means nothing to them at all. Offered a cot for 400baht a night. The room was fully staffed for two people, had to request a third towel, blanket, pillow, etc. Water was like that for the rest of the day and they gave 2 bottles each. The rooms are tired, the lids are leaking. We lived in building one. Beautiful side view of the sea, well caught wifi. On the downside, I also note that when you left the room, you often smelled the sewers running under the street common balcony. You can swim in the pool at night. No pool bar (coke and beer bottle) you can't make a cocktail. Plus this hotel is well located, but we're not going back to it again.

It's not the first time we've been on holiday in Thailand. Last rest dates 22.02.25-05.03.25. The holiday was organized by the travel company Pegas touristik. They arrived in Phuket on February 22, 2025. And the airport met us not a large transfer (for 10 people). We were quickly taken and checked into the Karon Princess Hotel 3+, which was very pleasing. The hotel is wonderful. My friends and I shared a 2-bedroom 1206 Superior Garden View on the 2nd floor. I was given a separate bed. WiFi in the room is free, good quality. Nearby, on the second floor level, a posh swimming pool. You can swim in it anytime. We preferred to swim at night, for which a special thanks to the hotel management. The hotel has a good location. Everything's nearby - cafes, restaurants, shops, market, pharmacies. The breakfast buffet is varied, delicious, lots of fruit, separately I want to highlight watermelons - it's just a BOMB. The first two courses were necessarily present in the morning. The room was cleaned and linen changed daily. Water supplies were regularly replenished. There is a controlled highway crossing to the beach near the hotel. THANK YOU very much. Anyone who writes negative reviews is wrong. For a treble, the hotel is great. It's not even clear why it wasn't given four stars. I really want to get back into it again. It's been so long since I've rested. Recommend him to everyone, you won't regret it.
