No Wifi. No hot water. Rude/cheap management. But the local Thai staff were incredibly helpful and kind despite all the problems. Not their fault, just bad owners. Oh and the breakfast was hilariously bad. False advertising with a 3 course deluxe looking breakfast in the pictures, but only a piece of toast and some fruit. Skip this hotel if you have the opportunity. (Most guests seem to be part of a Russian tour group and don't have a choice to avoid this dump.)

A very good place to spend the holiday.. especially for budget travelers. With the price we paid for the room , that place is perfect!! A nice pool and the employees are very friendly. A good spa and a restaurant located in the hotel. This place being close to kata beach is a plus point

Considering the price we paid for the room ($10~/night), we weren't expecting much. We were pleasantly surprised when the room had a balcony that allowed lots of natural light to enter. It was clean, large, and bright with great wifi signal. My husband and I work remotely and we never had a problem with the Internet. There was also cable tv, hair dryer, a safe, water heater, cups and coffee/tea, ref, free water, and toothbrush/soap/etc. Our room was cleaned every day. The location was also perfect. There was a muay thai gym nearby and some great restaurants just right outside the hotel. The beach and the tourist area was a short walk away too. If I had to complain, it would be: - no hot shower. - shower curtain was too small, and got everything wet. - no elevator - if you don't like the idea of climbing steep stairs, better request for a room on the lower floors.
