Great hotel. Nice C, I'd even say C+. Large room, comfortable mattress and pillows. The hotel is very clean. Usually questions are about the bathroom, but in this hotel there are no claims at all. Cleaning every day. There's shower gel, soap and shampoos, but no toothbrushes and no paste. They're sold at the front desk, but it's best to bring them. The room has bathrobes and slippers, which is not typical for 3*** hotels Were at the beginning of the low season (late May, early June 2026). There are very few people in the hotel. The friendly staff. Reception speaks English pretty well. From 22 May, the hotel cancelled the buffet and introduced a menu of 4 breakfast options. In addition, without limit were also cereal, milk, fruit (watermelon, pineapple, melon and dragon fruit), ooooh very delicious yogrut, orange juice, tea and boiled coffee, by the way also very delicious. We weren't really hungry. Close to the sea, about 150 meters. The hotel is located in the northern part of Patong at the beginning of the beach. His playlist with Dire Straits, Pink Floyd, Sting, etc. was a nice addition to his poolside vacation. The sunbeds by the pool are located under the roof, the sun reaches them in the afternoon. In addition to the large swimming pool, there is a Jacuzzi. I understand the hotel is run by Europeans, most likely British (according to the accent). My tour operator said that in high season, a room at this hotel needs to be booked three months in advance. I think it is. We were lucky to be in a low season. Would I stay at this hotel again? Definitely yes.

Horrible experience, the welcome is not welcoming at all and very unpleasant. It is unfortunate because they make mistakes on the reservation and do not want to rectify that. (The manager of the hotel better not talk to her...) we cut short our stay there

The rating on booking here is too high for me. One of the advantages is the proximity to the sea, about three minutes. Breakfast is normal. Of the minuses, the room is old, view of the neighboring hotel. The pool is open from 10 am to 7 pm, there were no inflatable rings or anything else. There were problems with the parking of the rented car.
