Hello there! Three times with your spouse at this hotel, this winter we will take our youngest child (8 years old). We've been to different hotels in Thailand, we fly every year for over 10 years, but this hotel is awesome! Perfect location! The hotel is located in a quiet, calm, clean area. The beautiful, beautiful beach is 5 minutes' walk away. The Patong waterfront is a 15-minute walk. There's everything you need: cafes, restaurants, shops... for any wallet. Prices are more than adequate. The rooms are big, clean, quiet. The pool is large and clean, and there are always free sunbeds. The staff is polite and friendly. Breakfasts are good and delicious. I love this place! From the bottom of my heart, I recommend it! You won't!

No questions to the hotel and staff, normal hotel price/quality. But where it's located is a real slum. There is nowhere to walk, no beach, the nearest normal location is 15 minutes walk down the roadway with an endless stream of cars. To the beach too! Not recommended!

This is the most comfortable accommodation in Patong location. If you're ready to walk for 10 minutes, but still sleep and swim peacefully, then you're at this hotel! Come back every year without finding an alternative! The most tourist-oriented staff and management. We'll be back soon.
