Think twice, they committed fraud and canceled the 4 rooms we paid for three months ago, 4 days before, without any excuse, and continued to sell the same rooms for 4 times the price. I thing this is not a moral action profit is first choice in this hotel

Something is not right here. This hotel may have been good in the past, but it has changed significantly. The restaurant in front of the reception has turned into a barber shop. When I checked in, they initially told me they had no booking information for me. After checking their email and searching for my reservation, this process took at least half an hour. Eventually, they informed me that they were overbooked and suggested I cancel my reservation and find another hotel. I declined, as I had already paid in full. Instead, they took us to another hotel and made us stay there. There were three different guests, including myself, who were all sent to different hotels. Two other women waiting for assistance told us they had experienced a similar problem the day before. It seems that the hotel routinely over-booking and sends guests to nearby hotels. This is not a hotel but rather a barber shop, which raises my suspicions about whether this hotel is closing down or if this is their business model—booking guests and redirecting them to nearby accommodations. Many of the photos uploaded by management appear to be outdated or misleading. I suggest checking out the newer photos for a more accurate representation. People facing problems should add reviews so that the current situation is highlighted and others don't go through the same trouble.
