New Nordic Ratana Suite

I have stayed 4 days. Personal is so nice and helpful. Even some of them can not speak in English, they are always getting in touch with you. Whenever that see any customer , always smile and say hello. Server you have any problem for insurance in tour outside, they are so uncomfortable and turn to related pardon as feedback.if customer is happy that are happy. I have not states sucu as hotel eben if 5 stars are not better than here. Next time i would like to stay here and advice my friends.

Myself and my partner stayed here for a week recently, we’ve been backpacking round Thailand for over a month so decided to treat ourselves and stay here and we were not disappointed. All staff are extremely friendly, the rooms are clean spacious and modern, all areas of the hotel are tidy and the breakfast buffet was very nice. There’s even a local cat who will come perch beside you on the sun loungers which is very sweet. The location is also fab as its 5 minutes from the beach and busier end of town. My only complaint would be that the WiFi is a bit rubbish, you have to reconnect all the time and often it’s not strong enough to load anything. As a side note, there is an on-site restaurant called Maya which I believe is separate to the hotel however as it’s onsite I felt the need to mention that I found the male staff there very intimidating and leery, they made me feel very uncomfortable whilst sunbathing and I noticed them shouting and jeering at women on the street too. Such a shame as the hotel is lovely and the actual hotel staff are 5 star.

Stayed for a week had a brilliant time! Really nice staff couldnt fault the service very clean comfy beds, great pool and gym. 5mins from the beach and 10 mins from Bangla road surrounded by plenty of restaurants. Only negative was the WiFi wasn’t good at all
