Kata Gardens Apartments

Loved It ! The Location is perfect , it is between the busy Kata Beach and the more quiet Kata Noi Beach, and both can be reached by walking. Also plenty of restaurants , grocery , massage the Kata Beach direction. The apartment is well equipped , even a washing machine, Clean, you can ask cleaning service also. The garden around the apartments is beautiful, well cared. Also a gym is on site. Every unit has 3 apartment a, b, c. C is the top floor , and if you rent the C apartment it is with one more floor with a privet pool and view, ours showed Kata Noi Beach. If I have to say one negative thing , the pillows were extremely hard. The staff is really helpful, you can stay in contact via what's up. We'll be back again !

this complex which includes 11 blocks of 3 apartments is a bad choice the prices are exorbitant for zero services no views no direct access to the beach with the wide range of choices on Phuket you will not have difficulty finding a much better quality/price ratio

Lovely inside. But the representation of the views from 1B were not accurate. See our picture for a reality check. Otherwise it’s a great unit, complex and location near the beach. Laundry service and small grocery were just a few minutes away.
