Naya Paradise Retreat

This property is now rebranded as the Naiharn Retreat Resort with new owners and great staff. Good value, quiet area and close to the beaches - Yanui, Naiharn and Rawai and a short drive to Kata - relaxing place away from all the noise

We really enjoyed our stay at the resort. The room itself is very basic but we felt there were other things that made up for it. The pool area is lovely and we were lucky enough to have one of the rooms with a nice terrace area. The road to the beach and to the shops/ restaurants is not well paved so we hired a moped. I would think this is probably a necessity. On a bike it takes minutes and you're at the lovely beach in Nai Harn. The receptionist is beyond useless! He is more interested in his phone or eating in the restaurant to help out. On the last day he sat stuffing his face while we struggled with all our luggage and the babies. Get rid of him- he is not an asset! The resort could be so much better with just a few minor improvements.

Great hotel in quiet location. Large rooms. Great food, but only during the day. Nice and peaceful. Hotel is a little bit away from main road so need a bike. Will stay again as great price for what you get.
