Terrible place to stay. Shower doesn’t work, breakfast is terrible and no vegetarian options and they charge for not providing the same. Rooms are old and outdated. Tv also doesn’t work. Better hotels around in the same price. Stay at kata if with family.

The most amazing thing about the inside of the hotel was the traditional-looking lighting that just suited my mood. The shower was also pretty good and there was a large bath-tub with geyser facility. The window offered a great view of the natural scenery in the morning and the citylights at night.

I rarely do a review but as soon as I arrived the manager was the rudest woman I have ever come across. My room wasn't ready yet so I said I'll go to the pool can I have a towel to which she said no. We then got into a heated argument about why I couldn't have a towel and she just stopped talking and ignored me. On the way to the pool I saw the laundry room with 100's of clean towels in it so I just grabbed one. Great way to start a trip! She is a joke. Then when I left she just gave me a death stare and didn't say one word.
