Sinthavee Hotel

Yes, this is a very old no-frills hotel, over 100 years, but they do their best to keep it clean. It's in an excellent location in Old Town, just up from Memory of On On Hotel...same street. It's got a nice restaurant attached to it, and it's fairly quiet. My room had a refrigerator, and although the carpet is bad news, everything else, including the bathroom was clean. It's probably the cheapest place you'll find in old town Phuket, so if you want budget, that is safe, and in the most ideal location, with a fairly comfortable bed, you'll be alright here for a night or two...or even longer.

Everything was disgusting. You see molt everywhere and we even had rat poop in our room !! We went back to reception and got our money back. I would definitely not go this place !! Also the people behind reception aren't nice at all.

This place is SO OLD AND CREEPY. It felt like I was in a horror film. There was mold in every place possible, we were on the 5th floor and it was creeky, weird smells, mold and cigarette smell everywhere. Every plug in our room was hanging on by a thread. The place must have been a high end hotel 30 years ago and was abandoned. The ONLY plus to this place was a good location and good air con.
