Butterfly Phuket

This place is not in Patong but its a beautiful little cafe on the way to the airport from Patong. They gave us free tea and icecream and the burgers were delicious. Great setting. Friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Avoid this place rooms are smelly and small, noisy at all times, you need to pay 1000 (£25) baht for key deposit, I checked out early 8am only cleaning staff around, i handed over the key but no money back, they are not answering any emails or messages I send. Very untrustworthy 2 other guests had items mysteriously go missing.

From the outside it looks nothing special, once inside there is a nice comfortable dining area, with a bar seating outside to the road, the room I had was very clean and cleaned daily, a very pleasant French/Thai couple run the guesthouse, a small undercover jacuzzi pool at the rear tat although cold was great for what I needed, I would not hesitate in recommending or even returning to this guesthouse and there is also the benefit of renting a bike from here also, I left the place at 4am and the owner(Frank) had booked me a taxi and even got up at that time, absolute great service. ps; great price.
