Cello Hotel Phuket

We had a very pleasant stay here and the staff was very warm and helpful with us! They were easy to contact and helped us with tips and booking local trips and transfers. We recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

Cello Hotel Have Nice Room And Good Location and have Nice Staff Take care and Clean and Near shopping center and market and walks awe mbout 15 minutes go to beach and we make trips go to Big Buddha and Chalong Temple, Tiger Kingdom,Riding an Elephant, we enjoy and have good day at Cello Hotel

I stayed over the new year period and we arrived late due to being on a standby flight from Bangkok. I emailed the hotel letting them know about the late arrival and it was all fine. I arrived just before 1am and check in was smooth. Thank God as my partner and I were both really tired. We got to the room, it was as described but little did we think the bed and pillows were really really firm and harm. Staying 7 nights, we had to adapt to that. It was a good hotel nonetheless as staff was always welcoming. It's pretty much around everything you need. Walking to the beach and bangla rd is just a short distance. There's markets around the corner from the hotel that are on every night where you'll find cheap food. The Wi-Fi though, in our room was ok. Kept dropping in and out. The lobby wifi works best. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would reccomed the place for anyone wanting a place that's not close but not far from the action and has firm to hard bed and pillows with great air con!
