I reserved double room from photographs on Agoda on my arrival they gave me room small bed 1.40 WITHOUT WINDOW bloodstained sheets !!! check-in at 14.00 towel delivery at 19.00 I asked to change they laughed in my face ,very rude

No window, airco is horrible (making sounds at night, and water/ice is coming out of it, and after a few nights I was already sick), dirty towels and besheets, and very rude staff. No greetings, and when we went down to complain about the situation, they shouted at us and were not willing to help.
