Near to beach, cheap but the room condition is very bad. The owner is nice and helpful but still not good enough and comfortable place to stay. Room air-condition was not working, beds are so so. Breakfast done by owner itself.

best hotel in phuket due to owner jawed,feel like ur own hotel,everything available on call,book cab,u can book shows through jawed (hotel owner) in tecent prices,will guide u in proper manner,where to go,how to go,what kind of safety required,room spacious,air con is good,cleaning problem is there bt not an issue will clean room once in a day,or as per your requirement.

The worst hotel (or hostel..is a properly name for this place). Booked for 3, the unfriendly lady at the check-in gave us 1 key... no any chance to have another key. The room doesn’t have windows, just small windows which separated our room from the corridor with the check-in desk. For anything you want, you have to pay ( pay for hairdryer, pay for one towel, pay for water, pay for...). Soiled sheets. No Shampoo or Shower gel or soap. Bathroom with poor lights and dirty. The position is a positive side, (few minutes to Bangla Street). But when you came back in your room check out in front the main door: you will find a lot of rats. For 1500 BHT in Patong you can get better. NOT RECOMMENDED
