Very clean and quiet apartment with two spacious bedrooms and two bath, with a balcony. Near to the beach with a very nice pool. 20 minutes walk to the noisy and busy streets of Patong Beach. Very helpful staff.

Beach is very good for snorkling and is very close by. Apartment is big and clean. Price a little too high though. Pool is big. Really enjoying to stay on the balcony. Street is close so it is noisy during the day but bedrooms are in the back so you can sleep until late.

I stayed in apartment 216, administered by Louis, for 7 days during July 2014. A spacious two bed roomed apartment with all facilities. There is no restaurant in the complex however there are plenty of options close by. The fact that the beach is so close is a big advantage and it is not nearly as crowded as Patong etc. The swimming pool in the complex is of generous size and was most useful in July as the storms and rain made the beach very unfriendly place to visit...the pool however made up for this. Louis was a most generous host picking me up from the airport and offering advice for haircuts, massages etc...although he is not there for the next 14 months I have no doubt his successor will be equally generous. This is definitely a place I will stay again and while it is too big for a single person it fits all my other needs most adequately...clean...well serviced...friendly and safe environment...10 minutes from Patong and it attractions...what more could you want??
