Stolen item from my room! I specifically requested that no one enter my room at all, not even for cleaning. Despite this, staff entered without permission, and during that time a valuable electronic device was stolen. When I complained, the response was extremely dismissive – they just told me to “check the room” and took no responsibility. A very disappointing and unsafe experience.

We went as a family, the cleaning was done daily, the rooms had only one bed, the pool was very clean, the staff was very friendly! Definitely deserves 4 stars! A very quiet hotel. Booked 3 nights here back in February. PROS: Clean room. Fast wifi. Small balcony. Low rate. And a nice rooftop pool. CONS: Located in a remote part of south Patong. Not much to do nearby. About a 20 to 25 minute walk to the Beach, Bangla Road, and Jungceylon Mall.
