The property is located a few steps from the nightlife of patong beach and about 200 meters from the sea. Rooms spacious and especially clean. The staff is always smiling, kind and helpful. You can use the swimming pool and find towels for free at the reception. If I return to patong it will definitely be my first choice since it is my 3 stay at this property

Great spot to be in the middle of the action. Because it’s down a lane off the middle of Bangla Rd it’s noisey as you’d expect. Rooms are clean and feels safe. Each floor has a much bigger room which is a nice get. Use of roof pool in hotel next door is a good get and a must for a couple of hours of recovery :) People who work there are lovely.

Great Location, Friendliest staff I have seen and Super Clean! Best Value for the money! Some 50 meters from Bangla walking street. Espresso Coffee and Tea provided at the reception throughout the day; wonderful rooftop pool and bar is great, just next to the hotel, towels provided. New management really cares for the guests, thanks Anton, Nicklas and U-Rai for the wonderful 5 days in Patong.
