This is a simple hotel. No pool, gym, restaurant....etc. Its not a 5* facility, but is getting a 5* review for several reasons. 1. Clean. Hotel room was clean and simple and cleaned every other day. Fresh water provided. 2. Location. I found a nice local gym, and bangla road, beach, malls, markets, etc... are all within easy walking distance. 3. Owner-Dev gave me his personal contact information the very first day and was always willing to help with booking excursions, making suggestions, helping with small issues. I learned from past experiences that if I stay at a beach town, to take a simple room because there is so much to do outside the hotel, there is the beach, partys every night, lots of other tourists to make friends with.....etc. This was the perfect place for me to experience Phuket and I would definitely reccomend it.

Place is very dirty. There were urine, blood and white stains on the bedsheet and pillows and when I asked them to change it they refused several times. They told me it costs 300 baht to wash sheets and the stained sheets are new sheets and that they will lose money if they change it again. I think the place reuses the sheets over and over without washing because this is the dirtiest place I have ever stayed in. And if it's dirty you have to accept it because they refuse to change sheets and will pretend that they did

The accommodation is exactly as described in the advertisement. DEV the host and his mom LUCIE are very helpful and friendly. The beaches are on the other side of the street. Very good stay. I highly recommend this place and will definitely go back.
